The best thing i ever read was don't chase after them with your defenders because they move out of line causing big gaps. Use your midfield to chase them down if you can.

If your having trouble defending then always use 4 at the back and when going to get the ball from them sprint and hold down B, never slide tackle!

I always use B and give away to many fouls. I also tried using the contain and team mate contain, but they don't work either. Someone suggest let the AI defend for you?! Is that a safe option?

No, although it works for a minute or so they will eventually get past your defense and score. I suggest going onto Ultra Defense and playing with a more defensive formation.

If you find it hard to defend then i suggest using 5212 you have got 5 defenders at the back + you can put a defensive midfielder and an atackive midfilder like this squad builder here it is really fun to play with

I always just hold A and follow the direction they are going , best way to defend that to jokey their attacker.
