Along with a topic I've commented on myself, I've seen a few topics discussing not being able to launch games. After two hours of chatting with support and troubleshooting because we thought it was on my end, I just saw they've put out a service alert about 15 minutes ago regarding this.

Thanks to Lynxr for finding and posting a solution he found on the Xbox Support site. To get around the error of not being able to launch games, if you repeatedly tap the A button it'll cancel out of the error and start up the game. This does seem to work for me so far, so hopefully it'll launch your games for you until Xbox figures out how to fix their service.
