Short summary:

He, buys mario 64 from a pawn shop, but its messed up somehow, he can only go into the bob-omb battlefield, but its all distorted, so he goes in and its just luigi, so he chases luigi all the way up to the top of that mountain, then theres just a shack. He goes in the shack and its luigi being hung. Then it takes him out of the level,
he plays another level and dies, and it shows a picture of his family, in the position there in, starting to rot.
then, he plays another level and dies, and shows like maggots and stuff popping out of them.
Then he loses his final life, and it shows his familiy as skeletons, but he restarts it again, and it shows another familiy (as another family, tried it before)

It's not "scary" but it's really cool.
