I'm going for a nice gaming PC that I can play most games like minecraft, garys mod, CoD all on like max settings.

Not for your budget. i5 is perfectly fine for gaming, more than enough. Beats the X4 750K.

Is there anything on my original build that I could put onto the one you offered? my budget would be about 800

If your budget is $800, get this;

Add an SSD when you can. A 128GB MX100 will cost you around $65, or the 256GB model is around $100.
You could get the WD HDD instead of the Barracuda, if you wish. You could use the Corsair RAM instead of the Mushkin RAM I suggested, but that would be pretty pointless.
