My friend has GTA 5 and FIFA 15 and i was wondering is it possible for me to get the games/download from him and play them with him?

The games aren't downloaded from the store, they were both on discs and he installed them to his Xbox.

Please help, thank you

For you or him to license transfer of an account you must have purchased the game digitally (not on disc).
