when i try to use external disc drive [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] when i use my normal built in one on my pc it just won't read the disc, nothing pops up and when i go my computer and click on it nothing happens just brings up a blank folder. PLEASE HELP

Is it possible that a cable came loose inside your case?

Did you test the internal and external drive with the same disc?
