Im looking for a PC Build with atleast 8GB of RAM and a GTX 970 4GB
please include peripherals such as monitor,mouse,keyboard. Thank you. OS will not be needed

I don't know. You could upgrade to 4k in 2015 for all I know. Games such as GTA IV and Watch Dogs, as well as a few others have been horribly optimized, even high end cards struggle to run them well in some situations, so there could be horribly optimized games released in 2015. I can't tell the future, so can't tell you.

Though, I wouldn't expect an i5 and GTX 970 to have any real issues for at least some time.
