Anyway, Phenom is AM3, if your board is also AM3, you'd need a motherboard upgrade for the AM3 FX CPUs. If you already have AM3+ motherboard, 8320 is your best bet since the 8350 is just a factory overclocked 8320 with an inflated price tag. Though, a switch to Intel would still give far better performance.
