Hey, So i've watched both SAO's and Accel world.

Can anyone recommend me a bunch of Animes that follow abit like SAO?

Log Horizon, .hack series, Btooom!, and Guilty Crown all have a similar feel to it.

I would recommend batoom like rias said but its not much a in game thing they get taken to a island to fight.

.hack//Quantum was pretty good and strongly resembles SAO. Definitely a nice watch if you're up to it.
