So i'm an Xbox ambassador, basically i answer stupid questions...

I just had someone ask me could they get free gigabytes because their brother smashed the HDD.

I tried to explain that it's impossible to give them gigabytes, and that Microsoft isn't liable for what his/her brother did.

Then that got blown in my face, they said we just lost a customer, then i says Who gives a shit then ended the chat...
