I personally would choose the second option, it seems like a smarter choice for not much more money. Its processing rate is almost 5 times faster. It has 4 times the picture quality. Slimmer bezel. nicer looking. I would go with number 2

Considering the prices of both TVs and how cheap the 4K one is. Do you really need a 4K TV yet? Yes it may have HDMI 2.0 and HEVC decoder but do you watch content at native 4K? If not then I would wait till Q4 of this year before buying one. Reason for this is that there is very little consumer available native 4K content. 4K blu-ray players and 4K blu-ray discs are expected to hit shelves by Christmas this year. Not to mention that the prices of 4K TVs will come down more in price. If you're not fussed by any of this then get the 4K TV as it is a bargain NGL.

The thing about the 4k television is that not many things are being produced for 4k televisions yet. Most anything you watched wouldn't look any better than on a non 4k television. Also playing games on a 4k television would look atrocious due to upscaling. It would basically be like playing a N64 on a 1080p monitor.
