My astro a40s make a buzzing noise when ever im talking on xbox live. Its only happening on xbox one too so I think its a problem with the controller. Has anyone else had a problem like this happen before?

Update your controller. I had the same problem, then I updated my controller. The buzzing noise went away after that.

you either have to update your controller with a micro usb or see if any cords are loose

Make sure your phone is away as it messes with it and also any mic will make that sound if the controller is charging.

I play wired but I tried with batteries and they said they could still hear it

I've also tried updating and it says that there are no new updates available

Are you using a mix amp pro or the M80 mixamp?

If you are using the Mix amp pro you have to download the latest drivers for it from Astrogaming's support page:
