The bottom green ruined it for me, i feel like it's blotchy down there as well.

Pretty solid design work but it lacks a bit of content and a fitting text. Just try to expand your work with text in signatures and you will be well on your way. Also not every signature necessarily needs text, try a text-less or subtle text (within the image) one.

Anyways, i know what you're going for, but you didn't quite get it.
The background should match, not be different imo.

I think that the outline look you did, looks pretty good.
As others have stated, he looks like a zombie. Is that the render or did you edit it to this?

Try to stick to 2-3 colors at most.
