I'm jailbroken and I'm wondering is there a way to get more Twitter followers? Thanks.

No... well you could try and bridge the followers app to skip the in app purchase thing but i dont think thats possible with the current tweaks they only work on old games

As of right now I do not think that there is any apps or any process to gain followers from Cydia or anything that you can download from Cydia because most apps that allowed you to exploit them have figured out what users were doing and put servers up to protect themselves from being stolen from via IAP

I know you can do follow trains on twitter and get alot of followers by retweeting the follow train tweets. Look them up on twitter!
