I have recently installed windows 8.1 on my Macbook Pro ( Early 2011 ) and I am running into a problem with the audio. It does not allow me to use the audio from the built in speakers that my mac has. I have tried to install the driver updates, but nothing seems to be working.
I am looking to find out what driver I could replace the current one ( HD audio controller ) with that would allow me to use audio and that is compatible with my mac.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks!

did you install using bootcamp? apple includes every necessary driver and makes the process very simple.

Yes. I ran the bootcamp setup, and I still can't use the built in speakers. I have tried to install audio driver by itself, and it still does not work.
