Im just seeing if anyone has done insanity workout and if you have did you get good results?

I did it for 30 days.

I have abs and I'm in pretty good freaking shape!

No regrets. Disclaimer. I am pretty young so I get in shape pretty dang fast.

Don't forget that it is very very important to have a good diet while exercising. I would also recommend protein supplement shakes. Will help rebuild you broken down muscles into stronger muscles! Always drink protein after a tough workout like insanity. Stay Hydrated.

I kinda had abs, but not really.. LOL, they were there but covered up by a thick layer of fat.

Why doesn't anyone believe that a good thought out diet and weight resistance exercise is the best way to build muscle while burning fat.

No but it comes on the tv late at night and it seems a little far fetched. I don't know if it actually works or not ?

I did the P90X one, but pussied out on Insanity.

I did have a group of friends in College who did it.
One was in excellent shape and was a runner, the other not so much but was still fit. They both got tremendous results.

Insanity is pretty good. Honestly it gets the job done and it is a good way to get into shape.

This being tru, I still suggest you just go to a gym and do whatever works for you! Unless this is a time or leaving home issue, you can go withinsanity.

Yes, I did the whole program and saw some results, altogh was already in shape.
