That error is most commonly caused by either:
A) - A newly installed (past month or so) faulty processor
B) - Overclocking your processor too high
Have either of those occured?

Definitely bad processor overclock, you can either undo an overclock that you've attempted or apply more voltage if its safe.

This only happens when I try to start up Borderlands the pre-sequel. I don't have this problem with anything else. So I guess I am overclocking my processor. Is there any way to stop this and be able to play my game?

If you overclocked your CPU just turn the multiplier down a bit or turn up the voltage if you didn't do that originally when overclocking.
