i want to flash my xbox 360 benq lite-on, but i have no experience in hardware modding. i want to flash it because having a jtag is obsolete now-a-days, so i thought a stealth patch for a xbox would be the right idea. i dont know how to properly burn the games either, but i am a great modding learner. i k now i look like a leacher, but i just want help from a fellow modder with experience. i only have a few questions to start off on.
1. does a lite-on make it a different hack?
2. does this require opening my xbox?
3. i dont have a sata card, what should i do, and do i need one?
4. do i need a special burner for the games? and how do i make the game disc?
5. can someone maybe send me a message on xbox live, or if i am on send me an invite for a party chat so we could talk this out?

you need to download ISO files, and burn them with a DVD+ R DL burner on a +RD L disc

all drives do the same i believe but are different in a way. The only thing that flashing does is make your xbox console able to burn and install your discs into your console so you can play any game with no actual disc in the console.

I'm pretty sure you dont in some cases. there is a way to do with usb but idk it.

your regular drive is good
all drives do the same i believe but are different in a way. The only thing that flashing does is make your xbox console able to burn and install your discs into your console so you can play any game with no actual disc in the console.

what might help you alot is the Jungle Flasher tutorial look that up and it should be a downloadible PDF it tells you EVERYTHING its a little complicated to navagate but once you get it your gold! and also id reccomend reading the whole thing every bit is important and yes i know its alot of reading

well it depends on what firmware version u have first off, for example i have a lite-on 74850c which i flashed recently, this requires a probe to get ur dvd key or else when u flash ur drive itl be useless! i bought a blaster CK3 off [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and it worked well for me!

find the iso file and burn it with imgburn at 2.4x speed on DVD+R DL, make sure there good quality btw
