I accidentally dropped my controller on my carpet floor and it just didn't do nothing I restared my xbox to see if it would help but it didnt. It won't move to go to anything. it just stays on the fame I have currently in my tray. can someone tell me or help me

unplug the unit from the wall, then plug it back in, it will completely reboot it. worked for me

heres to fixes you can ether try and resyncing your controller if that doesn't work try hard reseting your xbox (hold the power button for 10 seconds until the light shuts off then wait till your controller to start blinking then restart your xbox note it may take a few seconds to start so don't worry the wait till your controller to stop blinking and it should work
