It is not the profile ID.

In some cases it is the IP.

It could be the GT, but we can change that.

So for the people who do not have an IP ban what do they ban us?

And yes only one of my profiles is banned the other does not work and I have a dynamic IP so it changes often.

I'm pretty sure it is the profile ID ... in most cases

Because:
A Mac Adress is changeable ( Power cycle, MAC cloning, etc )
Isn't Console ID either: Other profiles can go online on the same console.

its the GPD your only allowed a certain amount of characters and it registers into there system that the coding is different from the normal one

No, because loading a clean GPD does not help and recovering your profile (Completely new GPD) doesn't work either.

Also, a ban is not clientside :p

Yeah and I just deleted my GPD lawl.

You do not really need it so to get clean delete it.

Exactly!

So maybe if you swap ID and GT and do it before you go online then.. Maybe you are good.

Unless!! Xbox tells them all the changed profiles and their IDs.

That could be a possible fall back because as far as I know GT changes can only be done on the XBOX.
