where and what should i buy to improve this here is everything noted.

AMD Richland Dual Core APU
Radeon HD 8470D Graphics
Gigabyte GA-F2A58M-HD2 HDMI
Motherboard with AMD Triple Monitor Support
8GB 1600MHz RAM
1TB HDD

its 200 to 250 pounds and the case is a CiT vantage blue case its a built pc from random parts.

BURN THAT CASE
thermite will do the trick

take the side panel off (throw it away too) and the PSU will have a sticker on it, will have a brand name etc on it.
