All you need to do is have a silver account with a payment option on it, go to this link [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] , then go to confirm.

Also it's fairly important to turn auto renewal off. Hope this helps guys. Vouches are appreciated. Oh and I know you're not supposed to ask for Gold but mine runs out soon so if somebody was to gift me again it'd be very much appreciated.

EDIT: I think it may only be for United States. Not sure really.
