Hey I am looking for people to help me get the bow, I am not sure how to get it myself, hoping you guys can help me out.

The only way to do it is to unlock all three Phantom assignment through Battlelog and them complete them all, then find one of the tags on the four dlc maps, put everything you unlocked on, and get 3 other with the different map tags and go into a back elevator on Hanger 21, go down, and enter the 15 digit passcode.
