I'm trying to decide on a monitor for under $160. Monitor will be used for gaming, so something high-res 1080p with a 4ms refresh rate would be sufficient.

Any opinions on this monitor?

You'll have 16.9 ms of motion blur at 60 Hz regardless, so GtG time is almost irrelevant. IPS > TN for all purposes. Assuming you want 23".
