Where I live, Texas, it's illegal not to have any insurance at all. So all insurance companies will, if you're proven to be reliable and have good credit, back you up. Of course, if your credit score shows you've got nothing worth even reading they won't.

To OP: Though I wouldn't be trusting a person who can't spell very good, or even use correct grammar...If you meet up, do it in a fairly public place. A restaurant, the mall, etc. And take a friend. I know people who have been held at gun point for the money getting asked for when they arrive.

Yeah I am establishing credit now but my parents have perfect credit and they can cosign on my insurance (if I don't pay I'd get kicked out so I definitely won't miss payment :p)

Well obviously it's illegal, he's not saying it isn't. In the UK insurance's for us young ones can be up to 4000, heck my friend's mini cooper s was 5000. It's really expensive here, so he's just looking for out the fella but since he isn't in the UK he has nothing to worry about.
