I feel like a dick asking but what am I going to need for the tower to become a fully working PC.
I know I'll need a monitors but other than that I have no clue!

Along with the link to the tower you posted, I suggest an HDMI cable, for high quality gaming or videos, whichever. Then all you'll need is a power brick and cord, keyboard, mouse, and speakers, that's about it
