That's ridiculous you're practically saying jailbreaking ios 8 and restoring will result in a bricked device. this is not true a normal public exploit won't leave a device bricked..

Damask wrote Ive tried to update to iOS8 3 times now and yes thats 3 new phones. Each time I do it through iTunes it literally ruins and breaks my phone and I cant restore the phone. I really need some answers because the jackasses at Apple wont tell me why their software sucks ass. It just happened again and I want to know if their are anyways I can fix it.

So apple you've gotten 3 different iPhones from apple, that weren't already on iOS 8, and when you try to update on your computer you get the BSOD and then can't do anything with it? That sounds like a problem on your end. i.e. your computer, usb cable, usb ports, etc.
Im more confused as to how, with it being January 2015 and iOS 8 came out like 4 months ago, you keep getting phones without iOS 8 on them.

But, the easy fix for this is to go to Apple to swap the phone out and tell them you won't except an exchange unless they have one with iOS 8 already on it, which honestly they all should be by now.

This is a hardware failure unfortunately. Same thing happened to me. Took it to the techs and they said nothing they can do besides give me a new phone.(That I pay for of course.)

NightDoctor wrote will it even boot anymore? your best shot would be dfu then restore but since you don't want that. Is it just stuck at the apple with a loading bar??
yes, it only shows the apple screen then just shuts off

Connect iphone to computer Hold power and home for 10 seconds release power and continue holding home for 15 seconds itunes will recognize it in recovery (DFU) mode. now hit restore. let it run. if you get an error code tell us that exact error code so we can help.
