RGH NOT SEEING EX HDD HELP

Hi please can you help me.
When I plug my external HDD in to my rgh it cannot see it in xex menu or neighbourhood.
when I configure it to xbox and then unconfigure it xex menu can see it but when i try to transfer one of my backups to it windows says it is too small when it has 450gb free.
when I format it I can put the backups on it but then xex menu cannot see it again.
I have tried this with ntfs and fat32.
please help.

Sounds like your trying to copy a 7.3 gig Iso to a fat 32 Drive ,well a you can't.
You need to extract the Iso first with Xbox backup creator or Iso Extract.
Then move the folder containing the files.

If worst comes to worst, set it to factory settings and plug it in. It should show up as USB0:

- 0not useful
