I accidentally saved something to the wrong place on DashLaunch when trying to fix JRPC2 and now my Xbox turned off and I turn it back on then it does Microsofts intro then shutsdown so I cant access Neighbourhood to change anything.

Try resetting your launch.ini with your HDD in

Boot up your console, when you see the xbox logo press the eject button... If it was a problem with dashlaunch this should fix it
EDIT: I think putting a USB in with launch.ini might cause it to load that one instead (with your HDD in)
