Well I'm 17 years old, weigh around 14 stone and have 75/100 fat on my body.
Would it be possible for me to lose 2 stone, fat and put a little bit of muscle on by July? Because I'm going to America then so I want to look good.

It is definitely possible, its up to you. How bad do you wanna lose that weight, stay on a strict diet, (Stay away from high sugar foods, fast foods and drink lots of water) work out 4 or 5 times a week. It wont be easy but remember how much better you will feel about yourself. Good luck.

It's possible if you commit to it, gym 3+ times a week and go on a diet.
Even simple things like not drinking fizzy drinks will lose a tiny bit

Not sure what stone is, but if you stick to a weight resistance training program until then you shouldn't have any problems losing weight and putting on muscle.
