They released the chances of supply drops a while ago, one of the 'low' chances are getting the same loot/same elite guns.. But it forever gives me the same elite gun I have previous got? Yet there are so many other elite things to choose from!? Any of you guys or girls, feel the same!?

Pretty sure nothing official has ever been released about supply drops.

Then I would suggest you research more on supply drops, Michael Condrey has even previously stated the release of the information.
