Live Connection Error HELP

Title says it all, sorry to add to the posts with this topic but i have scrolled through all the searched topics i could find on this, nothing seems to fix my issie.

Basically i have liveblock and livestrong disabled, when i go to dash with offline files & test connection i get "Live Connection Error", it says i have internet connection but when the test connection gets to Live it says that.

Any HELP much appreciated!

Someone, please throw some ideas @ me... if you help me fix this there's a KV in it for you!

I had the same issue a while back, I replaced my stealth file with the latest one that came out and put a fresh KV in and I was back on
