Do you have a backup NAND? I would try re-flashing it, however I am not sure that this will fix it. But I am not sure what will fix your problem either, so it won't hurt to try if you have a backup.

As a simple fix have you recently installed any plugins you didn't have before rebooting when this happened? Because I have had a plugin cause this to happen and it's a simple fix.

Do you have any plugins set? Did you recently add one?

Your going to need a backup of the NAND, so you can't get it now since you already messed it up, so hopefully you have one... your going to put that on the USB and put it into the JTAG/RGH.. then push the eject key to boot into XELL and let it do its thing, it will re-flash, it could take anywhere from 2-10 minutes. Be patient, when it's done, unplug your power from the BACK of the xbox console, let it sit 30 seconds, then plug it back into the console, and boot it up. If all goes well, it should work. That is if you have a backup of your nand.. Also, like everyone else was saying about plugins, try doing this... If you recently installed plugins, that we're bad, or whatever, something could have went wrong, so you turned it off, only to find out it doesn't boot.. Try this, push the power button, and immediatly push the eject key, that will bypass dashlaunch IF you have any bad plugins and it will boot to dash.. Then just go into XEX menu, and then into dashlaunch and remove the plugins.. Also could you remove the HDD for me and tell me if it boots without the HDD? If it does, then it's a plugin problem, if it doesn't boot without the HDD in it, then it will need a re-flash of the nand.
Hope all goes well for you, keep me posted and I will do my best to help you.
