that might be because they might of bought a different plan/bundle with your isp


Some of them have AT&T but some also have suddelink and the ones that have suddenlink live on the right and left of me, and suddenlink says that they don't go down our road, really? We checked with every ISP and none of them come down our road which isn't even that long, it's around 3/4 of a mile.

Give them a call, most of the time you can get an upgrade for very little.

I used to have a connection like you
Then i decided to change my ISP
Now i have pretty good connection

Sometimes i get huge spikes and my connection up to 100mb/s (well i'm using an 4G modem)
