I am looking for a PC build, that includes a monitor, operating system, and the actually PC itself. I know some things about computers but not enough to actually pick out parts. I'd appreciate it if someone could give me a suggested build it'd be great, and btw I am looking for it to be in U.S. Currency! Thank you!
