I added funds to my account(i won't say how much) to buy a knife/ a few skins and the market basically blocked me out as i cant verify my card with my bank and steam due to technical reasons so i have to wait 5 days -_- sad life xD

actually, i have had the account for over a year and have added money from my card before i just haven't been able to verify them

Steams getting really protective now to stop scammers so that will probably be happening to everyone, when you trade with people you need to confirm it through your email now but aye it's better to be safe than sorry.

Its not a glitch its the Steam Guard. If you add funds to your accont with a new payment method for security reasons it will ban you temp just to be sure you arent using someone elses card. (Gives them enough time to realize if they have been hacked or not.)
