Friend is selling me this PC for 400$
It comes with a 500gb hard drive as well, would this be a good deal?
Can it run most games on medium to high settings?
Any help is very much appreciated!

Yeah id say that's a good deal for $400, however to play most games on med/high settings you will need more RAM. (Id recommend 8GB)

Well, it's going to need a PSU to even work in the first place. CPU is last gen, with an unnecessarily expensive motherboard for whatever reason. It's alright, but I wouldn't pay $400 for it if it's used and since the CPU is older, I'm guessing it's been used to quite a bit. Also, depending on PSU, it may not be worth it all.
