Can I take my console online at all without getting insta banned if so can someone point me in the right direction

Yes, you can. However this will require some sort of a bypass, such as XBLZone, XBLRogers ect. XBLSE is a free method to not getting instantly banned, however KV life is known to not be as good. Generally premium servers let your KV live longer. I've heard good things about XBLRogers, try them.
