So today I turned on my xbox one and it's stuck on the xbox green screen with 3 loading circles at the bottom what does this mean ? Should I be worried ?

Never heard of this happening, maybe contact Microsoft support

You tried a hard restart on it?

While it's on hold down the power button for 10 seconds.

The system should shutdown, now turn it back on and see if that sorts it.

Alternatively shut it down and unplug it from the wall for 5 minutes (the longer the better I'd say). Now try it bud, worth a shot.
