hi i need help with choosing a new mobo and cpu budget is 300 i have evrything else i have so im fine for just mobo and cpu please cheers

its i left out like noob again lol gpu is msi gaming edition r9 270 8gb ddr 3 ram corsair 750m psu
and current motherboard is asus m5a95 le r2.0 cpu is a fx-4350 @4.2ghz

Are we ever going to get that currency? I'm going to assume it's GBP. Correct me if I'm wrong. You still haven't told us your case or whether you'll be overclocking, so I'll assume you won't be and that you have an ATX sized case. You're going to have to make sure your case is a compatible form factor though.

You can either spend the extra £70 on a new PSU, a good one, or add an SSD if you don't already have one. If you would prefer, you could change the 4460 for a Xeon E3-1230 V3. The Xeon has 8 threads which will be beneficial for editing/rendering and that kind of stuff. If your case is shit, you could get what I've suggested and spend the extra £70 on a new case. Oh, and if you want to overclock, swap the 4460 for a 4690k which is an extra £45.

is this overclockable and the power supply is fine and yes GBP
case is a zalmen z11 but its getting changed soon and overclocking would be nice

Motherboard is fine, just grab a 4690k instead. You'll want to get an aftermarket cooler if you're overclocking though.
