looking for anyone who can help me build a team guys,

budget: 980k
formation: any except 5 in defence
leauge: any but bpl, maybe a hybrid
other: looking for strong holding midfielders with great passing, dominant striker, fast wingers with skill pace and shooting e.g. arjen robben, reus etc etc

will really appreicate it if you could help me
