Does anyone have a starter save for the PC version? Im looking for a modded one with unlimited carry weight and all items in my Inventory and if possible my S.P.E.C.I.A.L. maxed at 10 each. In the Vault so I can edit my character.

Can anyone help me out? ive been searching online everywhere. I tried to figure out how to mod them myself but I just don't understand it.

Google console commands if your not feeling like google here you go.. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] but just so you know i dont have fallout 3 for pc so dont hate if this dosnt help too much if you can figure it out ill look for a tool u can use for ease of time

Ive found these before but for some reason my tilde wont work in game. Maybe its a steam thing but im not sure. That's why I was just trying to find a save already modded to just throw into my game save folder.
