Recently i had bought coins from MMOGA just to get a little extra laying around. DO NOT USE THEM. Once you put in the paypal information they send you a email saying that you have to confirm your identity by sending them pictures of a passport or drivers license and then dont give you the coins unless you respond.
Hopefully no one falls for this scam.

They cant be a SCAM as they sponsor 2 of the biggest FIFA Youtubers ( KSI & Wroetoshaw ) this could be there way of verification or something. But there site is definitely not a scam.

That is on PayPal's side, not MMOGA's.

It means your PayPal account isn't verified and in order to verify it you have to send in proof of identity.

No it's not on PayPal's side most coin sellers ask for this. It is to make sure you are not using stolen credit cards.

Many of the Chinese sites do this so they aren't alone. I have had to do it for gofifacoins fifavips and igs365 before. It's quite common. It usually happens when you buy a large amount or if you buy a few times in a week

it is not a scam... it is to confirm you are the owner of the paypal used to purchase a large sum of coins.

I sent Photo ID to u7buy and received my coins 15 minutes later, even though I had waited 36 hours for my coins.. I just had to send proof.
