The HDMI. It is plugged into the motherboard. You are using a dedicated video card. You have to plug the HDMI into the GPU, not the motherboard. The motherboard I/O is the vertical one, the one your HDMI and USB's are currently connected to. Your GPU will have several display connections on it, these will be in one of the expansion slots, placed horizontally. That is what you plug the display connector in to.
