For a second it looked like the DC logo. But let's get to the topic, you do need a little more working to do. Watch YouTube videos on how to do logos and make them clean. I just think there's to many colors added.

You literally just put a bunch of pictures in one image will adding overlays to each outline. Then added the text and mario image in the middle. im very disappointed.

Not really a logo... Looks like a default font with a bunch of overlays

This is not a logo. A logo is a graphic image/images that represent a company and have meaning behind them generally speaking. This is just a bunch of images clumped together and then rendered out as a single file. I think you need to do some research and look at logos and look for the meaning behind them before you try and make another logo.

Pretty much what everybody else is saying. It basically is a few images thrown together with some text on it and the pics really don't make much since.
You have an abstract background, a DC logo and stuff from Mario.
Keep trying, look for guides and youtube videos and Fidel around with Photoshop (or what ever programs you use) Just remember with practice comes perfect
