just go on utube and there are loads of tuts and u need is a good program like photoshop

Download gimp for free (search it on google) and look up a tut on youtube.

youll first need to get a software type such as photoshop or gimp,
photoshop is my favorite at the moment, just easier to use
then you just need to have a look in the photoshop board and have a look at the stickied topics, these contain a LOT of tuts on how to do many different things
