1: Get your friend to invite you to a player match( You have to be 50 online to do this..)
2: The Click Playercard, then prestige mode then more info, Continue and leave it on Enter Prestige..
3: Then get your friend to change it to Combat Training, then Prestige and you are 16th..( but you have to be 15th on Combat Training before hand..
