so not very long ago i was trying to update my dash but couldnt run Xell for some reason and i searched and searched for ages for a fix but never found one until i came across something i failed to see before it was a Xell launcher and it worked perfectly after testing so i guess this is for those people that may run into the same trouble as i ran into.

Tutorial
Step 1
Download the Xell lauch from here [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Step 2
Extract the Rar file onto your USB or desktop if youre using FTP etc.
Step 3
Go ahead and plug the USB into your JTAG/RGH. If using FTP go ahead and send it over to your JTAG/RGH.
Step 4
Then simply head over to Xex Menu or whatever you do to boot your games etc..
Step 5
Find the Xell launcher on your JTAG/RGH if you used a USB then i suggest copying the file to your HDD.
Step 6
Then go ahead and run the Default.xex and if all done correctly it should boot you into Xell.

nice tut, hope but it wouldn't really be helpful booting up xell like that, just saying what if the console don't boot ? You will need to use the eject button
