Depends on your PSU, case and where you're from.

It depends on why you need an upgrade really. I'd upgrade to this GPU;

Then upgrade CPU and motherboard when you can. I'd also swap out that PSU for something better, when you can.

well the CPU is just a 860k with a better integrated GPU so it won't be that bad for general gaming.

Either go with a 960 or a 290 since you've got enough power

i would consider just getting better cooling for your cpu due to it being fairly high temp, all in one cooling kits are good aswell as some other alternatives.Such as this

Yes, unless you can spend another 40 euros or so on an R9 290.
