There is a website called gamedev but I think you have to pay for a membership to create a account which is kind if stupid and I know that you aren't allowed to do it on ttg but i would maybe find some people that have posted on these forums in the past and maybe ask them ?

Out of curiosity, what are you bringing to the table?
You are looking for people that will program games for you. That is a major part of the battle. Are you gonna do the art side of it?
perhaps post some more details so we know what you are doing, and what we will be doing.

Also,
Do you need UI programmers?
AI programmers?
Server Programmers?
There is more than one type of programmer when it comes to game development.

I do recommend that you learn some basic scripting.
Also, look into visual programming (Something that is drag and drop). This will help you starting out.
